01 General Terms & Conditions

By using the Jaja 9 website (https://jaja9.ws) and all related services, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Jaja 9 and its users.

Jaja 9 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and beyond. It is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with the local laws of your country before accessing the platform.

02 Account Registration

To open an account on Jaja 9, you must provide accurate and truthful information in the registration form. Jaja 9 reserves the right to close any account created using false information at any time.

• Each individual may open only one account.
• Only one account may be registered per mobile number or email address.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.
• Sharing account credentials with others or allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• The name provided at registration must match the name on your payment method.

03 Age & Identity Verification (KYC)

Jaja 9 provides services exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above. Jaja 9 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any stage of registration or at the time of withdrawal.

The following documents may typically be required for KYC verification:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method.

Jaja 9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account and complete a verification process in cases of suspicious activity or uncertainty regarding a user's age.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Jaja 9 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• The maximum withdrawal per account is ৳2,00,000 per day.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–48 hours.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Jaja 9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including a welcome bonus, deposit bonus, cashback, free bets, and referral bonus. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• After claiming a bonus, specific wagering requirements (typically 10x–30x) must be fulfilled.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion details.
• If bonus abuse or system manipulation is detected, the bonus will be voided.

06 Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on Jaja 9 are governed by specific rules. The full rules for each game are detailed within the game itself.

• Odds for each event in Sports Betting may change in real time.
• Confirmed bets in live betting cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, Jaja 9's decision on the outcome is final.
• Casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) that is audited by an independent third party.
• Jaja 9 is not liable for any game session lost due to an internet disconnection.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jaja 9 platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the relevant authorities may be notified.

• Bonus abuse or exploiting vulnerabilities in the system.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Collusion — secretly coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to commit fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Attempting to damage the platform through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.
• Using Jaja 9 for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Jaja 9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned via the registered payment method; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

09 Responsible Gaming

Jaja 9 takes responsible gaming seriously. We want every user to enjoy gaming as a source of entertainment, not a path to addiction.

• Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• You have the option to temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform (Self-exclusion).
• Our system will automatically flag any unusual gaming patterns detected.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Losses caused by a fault or malfunction on the user's own device.
• The user's password or login credentials falling into the hands of a third party.
• Force majeure events — including natural disasters, government directives, or cyberattacks.

12 Right to Modify Terms

Jaja 9 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. A notice will be published on the website before any changes take effect.
